Q.	How long does it take to get the labels I order?
A.	You should receive your labels within 10 days of placing your order.

Q.	Where are you located?
A.	We are located in Elmira, New York USA

Q.	Do you ship internationally?
A.	Yes. There is an additional charge of $6.00 for orders outside the US.

Q.	How will my CD labels be shipped?
A.	All of our orders are shipped by US Postal Service. If you specifically request it we will send your order by Federal Express for an additional charge.

Q.	What do I do if I need my labels immediately?
A..	You may e-mail us at customerservice@cdbyme.com to arrange for express mail delivery of your items. There is a $20.00 charge for express shipments.

Q.	What restrictions are there on customizing my labels?
A.	Aside from copyrighted material, you may use any wording that you want. The number of characters is limited to the amount stated on each of the label descriptions.

Q.	The label has track names but I don't want any. What do I do?
A.	Write "none" or "no tracks" on the first track line. This will let us know you don't want any track names. If you don't specify that you don't want track names, we will e-mail you to make sure you didn't just forget to put them on the order.

Q.	Can I have more than 12 tracks on the label?
A.	Yes, you can put more than 12 tracks on the label. Enter your additional track names in the special instructions text box when you place your order. Please note that additional track names will cause the print to be smaller so that all the words can fit on the label. (Some people elect to have two CDs to allow the room for all their favorite songs.)

Q.	I have a picture I'd like on my CD label. Can you do this?
A.	If you have a single picture you want on the label, order our Couple's Photo CD label. If you have more than one picture you want on the label, contact designdept@cdbyme.com to request a custom label.

Q.	I want a specially designed CD label but I don't know where to start. Do you have any tips?
A.	First, if you have a particular theme for the wedding or a flower you would like on the cover, we could start with that. If you are getting married in an special place you may want something on the label to go along with it. Your wedding colors are also something that can be incorporated into the label. Many people want photos on their labels. Others have taken designs from our website and had us modify them to their needs. About half of our customers want the song titles on the label while the other half just want their names and wedding date and sometimes a message to the guests.

Q.	I think I ordered enough labels, but what if I need more?
A.	We keep your order on file for several months after your wedding date. If you need additional labels you may order just the additional packs. In the special instructions area, identify your original order so that we know which order was yours. Include your wedding date and if possible the original order number in your message.

Q.	Are jewel case inserts necessary?
A.	Not everyone chooses to have jewel case inserts with their wedding CDs. It's entirely up to you. If you do choose to use a jewel case insert, the reverse side is a great place to put the names of your wedding party or a special thank you to your parents or guests.

Q.	Can I ship to more than 1 address?
A.	Yes. Please send separate orders for each ship-to address in order to avoid confusion.

Q.	How do I put the labels on my CDs?
